Role & responsibilities

- BOQ Preparation Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for high-rise and Mivan projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
- Budgeting & Cost Control Prepare project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality standards.
- Tendering & Contracts Lead tendering processes, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies.




- BIM/ERP Integration Utilize BIM and ERP systems for cost estimation, resource planning, and project tracking to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- High-Rise & Mivan Execution Provide technical leadership in Mivan shuttering and high-rise construction methodologies, ensuring adherence to timelines and safety standards.
- Stakeholder Management Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align project objectives and resolve cost-related issues.
- Reporting & Documentation Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, and MIS dashboards for senior management and project stakeholders.
