Job Description International Marketing expert (Pharma)
Position: International Marketing Manager
Industry: Pharmaceutical Only
Experience Required: 5 to 15 Years (Only in Pharmaceutical Industry)
Job Responsibilities

- Develop and expand international business for pharmaceutical products in regulated and semi-regulated markets.
- Identify and appoint new distributors, importers, and business partners across international markets.
- Handle 100+ international clients/distributors across multiple countries.
- Generate new business through B2B portals, LinkedIn, trade fairs, exhibitions, email marketing, and direct client interactions.
- Manage complete international sales operations from inquiry generation to order execution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, pricing, and negotiate business agreements with overseas clients.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Production, QA, QC, Purchase, and Logistics departments.
- Ensure smooth export documentation, shipment coordination, and customer support.




- Maintain robust relationships with existing international customers and generate repeat business.
- Conduct international market research.
- Participate in international exhibitions and meetings.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports.
- Lead and mentor the international marketing team.

Required Skills

- 515 years of experience exclusively in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Proven experience in International Pharma Marketing & Business Development.
- Experience handling 100+ international clients/distributors.
- Knowledge of export markets, documentation, Incoterms, LC, TT and compliance.
- Knowledge of WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, USFDA, MHRA and other regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, ERP and CRM.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in regulated and semi-regulated pharmaceutical markets.
- Strong international client network.
- Ability to independently manage overseas business.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
