Role & responsibilities

As a SAP Convergent Mediation Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Provide expert-level functional and technical consultation on SAP Convergent Mediation by DigitalRoute for high-volume usage data collection, mediation and rating enablement.
- Design, configure and maintain mediation workflows to collect, validate, normalize, correlate, enrich and distribute usage/consumption records (CDRs/EDRs) from multiple network and source systems.
- Build and maintain collection agents, processing agents, and forwarding agents within the DigitalRoute Usage Engine.
- Configure data formats, decoders/encoders and field mappings for various source and target systems.
- Design duplicate check, aggregation, filtering and error-handling logic to ensure data completeness and integrity.
- Integrate Convergent Mediation with SAP Convergent Charging (CC) and Convergent Invoicing (CI) for end-to-end usage-to-cash flows.
