Role & responsibilities

We are looking for experienced Senior ERP Support professionals with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) background who can provide functional support, resolve user issues, and assist in ERP implementation and optimization. The candidate will work closely with finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth ERP system functioning.

What We Are Looking For

- 5-6 years of overall experience in ERP support or implementation.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP P2P (Procure to Pay) modules.
- Strong understanding of procurement cycle, vendor management, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Experience in ERP implementation, user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Ability to analyze system issues and coordinate with technical teams for fixes or enhancements.
- Experience in user training, documentation, and system process improvements.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple support tickets and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for ERP P2P modules.




- Resolve user queries and system issues related to procurement and vendor processes.
- Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and testing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and technical support to resolve ERP-related issues.
- Ensure data accuracy and smooth transaction flow within the ERP system.
- Conduct user training and support adoption of ERP processes.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and system logs.
