JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Objective

- Manage daily operations of retail stores, ensuring effective floor management, sales operations, and vendor relationship management.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting to achieve business objectives, including controlling costs and optimizing profitability.
- Develop strategies for mall operations, facility maintenance, and risk mitigation to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Lead a team of managers and supervisors to drive performance improvement through effective leadership and training initiatives.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-6 years of experience in retail operations or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
- Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM/M.Com /M-Tech /Diploma).
- Graduate (BBA/B.Com /B-Tech /Diploma).
- Proven track record of success in managing multiple stores simultaneously with excellent communication skills.
- Hospitality / Retail industry experience preferred.
- Male candidate preferred.
- Candidates proficient in both Malayalam and English are preferred.
