Job Summary

We are looking for friendly and service-oriented GSA / Stewards to ensure excellent guest experience, smooth table service and support daily caf / restaurant operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests warmly and assist with seating
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service
- Serve food and drinks as per brand standards and presentation guidelines
- Ensure tables, service areas and guest zones are clean, organized and well set at all times
- Support guests with menu knowledge, basic recommendations and order clarifications
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order flow
- Handle guest requests, basic concerns and service recovery in a polite and skilled manner




- Assist in billing and payment process whenever required
- Follow hygiene, food safety and grooming standards strictly as per company SOPs
- Support opening and closing duties of the outlet
- Assist supervisors and shift managers in daily operational requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience as GSA / Steward / Service Staff in a caf, restaurant or hotel preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Guest-focused attitude and positive body language
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends and peak hours
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service and hygiene standards.
