Manager / Sr. Manager / DGM - Revenue Assurance

Location: Seven Hills Hospital, Andheri East, Mumbai (Managed by Reliance Foundation Hospital)

Job Purpose

Drive Revenue Assurance initiatives to prevent revenue leakage, strengthen billing controls, optimize revenue realization, and ensure accurate charge capture across all hospital services.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor end-to-end hospital revenue cycle (OPD, IPD, OT, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, ICU, etc.)
- Identify and eliminate revenue leakage through audits and process reviews
- Ensure accurate billing, tariff application, package compliance, and charge capture
- Review discounts, refunds, credit notes, and billing exceptions
- Analyze revenue trends and prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Billing, Clinical, TPA, and Insurance teams
- Strengthen internal controls and revenue assurance processes
- Support revenue optimization, claim realization, and audit compliance




- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives within HIS/ERP systems

Eligibility

- Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Healthcare Management / Business Administration
- MBA Finance, MHA, CA, CMA preferred
- 8-15+ years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Revenue Cycle Management, Hospital Billing Audit, Healthcare Finance, or Internal Audit
- Prior experience in a multi-speciality corporate hospital preferred
