- Identify and onboard eligible customers for Group Loan products.
- Form and develop Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) / borrower groups as per company guidelines.
- Generate quality leads through field visits, referrals, and local market networking.
- Conduct customer awareness meetings and financial literacy sessions.
- Achieve monthly and annual loan disbursement targets.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with group members and community leaders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding loan products and services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer queries and grievances in a timely manner.
Credit Assessment
- Conduct customer profiling and field verification.
- Assess repayment capacity, business activities, and creditworthiness of borrowers.
- Collect and verify KYC and required documentation.
- Recommend eligible loan applications in line with credit policy.
Portfolio Management & Collections
- Monitor portfolio performance and repayment behavior.
- Ensure timely collection of loan installments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and minimize delinquency.
- Maintain portfolio quality within defined risk parameters.
- Support recovery efforts for delinquent accounts.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and loan documentation.
- Update customer information in systems and MIS platforms.
- Participate in branch reviews, audits,
and training programs.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competition and market trends.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and product improvement opportunities.
- Identify potential areas for expansion of group lending business.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Group Lending, JLG, Microfinance, Rural Lending, or NBFC Banking operations.
- Freshers with strong field sales aptitude may be considered for junior roles.
