We are seeking motivated, dynamic, and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective customers, engaging them through phone calls, presenting our products/services, addressing their needs, and closing sales to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Connect with prospective customers using provided lead databases to pitch products or services.
- Lead Qualification: Filter and evaluate potential leads to identify pitch-ready customers.
- Customer Engagement: Actively listen to customer needs and articulate product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
- Sales Conversion: Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate terms to close sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Relationship Building: Maintain warm professional relationships with customers to encourage repeat business or referrals.
- CRM & Data Management: Accurately update call logs, lead statuses, and sales records in the CRM database.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Work alongside the sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in [Insert Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Regional Languages].
- Negotiation: Ability to manage objections, build value, and close sales effectively over the phone.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven, quick-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in computer operations, CRM software, and dialing systems.
- Education: 10th Pass / PUC (10+2) / Any Graduate.
- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in Telesales, BPO, Telecalling, or Customer Service is a plus.
