• Design and implement end-to-end integration architecture between Windchill and ERP systems
• Lead Windchill-ERP integration initiatives (EBOM to MBOM, Part, Document, and Change synchronization)
• Define and implement RESTful and OData-based APIs for seamless data exchange
• Work with middleware platforms (e.g., TYK, MuleSoft, Boomi) to enable scalable integrations
• Configure and customize Windchill ESI (Enterprise Systems Integration)
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and refine integration requirements
• Participate in and lead interface workshops with client teams
• Ensure data consistency, governance, and lifecycle alignment across systems
• Implement error handling, monitoring, and retry mechanisms for integrations
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to development and client teams.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
• Strong experience in PTC Windchill PLM (10+ years preferred)
• Proven experience in Windchill-ERP integrations (INFOR, SAP, or similar)
• Hands-on expertise in REST APIs and OData services
• Experience with middleware/API gateways (TYK preferred)
• Knowledge of Windchill ESI, Info*Engine, and web services
• Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and integration patterns
• Experience in handling large BOM structures and change management processes
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, and API security standards (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
