Role Overview

- Experience: 14+ years of experience in Software Engineering with proven experience as a Engineering Manager.
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Agile Delivery: Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives while promoting Agile best practices across the team.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements into well-defined technical solutions.
- Backlog Management: Create and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria, prioritize work with Product Owners, and ensure the engineering backlog is well-managed.
- Team Leadership: Support and coach development teams, resolve technical and delivery impediments, facilitate decision-making, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Sprint Execution: Drive sprint planning and execution, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact between engineering teams and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Quality & Engineering Excellence: Promote engineering best practices, code quality,



design reviews, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- People Management: Mentor team members, support career development, conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and build high-performing engineering teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, delivery efficiency, collaboration, and productivity through Agile and Lean methodologies.

Mandatory Skill Set

- Prior experience with product operating model through Enhanced collaboration with Customers and other team members including Scalability and sustainable value creation
- Software Engineering Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in software development (.Net / Java / MicroFrontend) with strong technical leadership experience.
- Technical Leadership: Proven experience working as a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or Software Engineering Manager.
- Agile & Scrum: Strong experience working in Agile Scrum environments with in-depth knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and delivery methodologies.
- Requirement Gathering: Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform analysis, and translate them into technical deliverables.




- Enthusiastic qualified ready to align with teams, processes, and technology with continued focus on measurable outcomes.
- Deep understanding on Product Operating model, structure, ways of working
- User Story Management: Experience creating, refining, and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint backlogs.
- Sprint Planning & Delivery: Hands-on experience in Sprint Planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and sprint execution.
- Team Management: Experience leading cross-functional software engineering teams, mentoring engineers, and removing delivery impediments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive technical discussions and business alignment.
- Project Delivery: Demonstrated ability to deliver complex software projects on time while managing risks, dependencies, and changing priorities.

Nice to Have

- Hands-on to Product Operating model and structure, ways of working
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, TOGAF Foundation/Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Knowledge of software architecture, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern software delivery pipelines.
- Experience driving digital transformation, engineering process improvements, and organizational change initiatives.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and governance practices.
