2 to 8 Years in US IT Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end US IT Recruitment for W2, 1099 & C2C requirements.
- Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp).
- Good knowledge of US Work Visas (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, EAD, OPT/CPT).
- Recruit for a wide range of technologies including Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and more.
- Source candidates using leading US job boards and skilled networking platforms.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS tools such as Workday, JobDiva, Taleo, or Bullhorn.
- Consistently achieve recruitment KPIs and hiring targets.
Required Skills
- 28 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
- Proven success in closing IT positions across W2 and C2C engagements.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced night shift environment.
