Role Overview

We are looking for a Presales Engineer with strong expertise in IAM, DPDPA Compliance, and cybersecurity, who can lead technical engagements, influence solution strategy, and play a key role in driving revenue through successful deal closures. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to align business needs with scalable identity and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Customer Engagement

- Work on end-to-end presales engagements including discovery sessions, demos, workshops, and PoCs.
- Engage with CXOs, security leaders, compliance leaders, and business stakeholders to understand strategic requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on IAM and DPDPA Compliance best practices.
- Drive technical win strategy for key opportunities.

Solution Design & Consulting





- Design and architect end-to-end solutions across:
- SSO, MFA, Federation
- Identity Governance (IGA)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- CIAM & Identity Security

DPDPA Compliance

- Map customer requirements to the company's IAM and DPDPA Compliance solutions.
- Provide scalable, secure, and compliant solution architectures.

Product Demonstrations & PoCs

- Deliver high-impact, customized product demonstrations for IAM and DPDPA Compliance solutions.
- Lead and manage complex Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Align demonstrations with business outcomes and ROI.

RFP/RFI & Proposal Leadership

- Own and drive RFP/RFI responses and technical proposals.
- Create solution architectures, presentations, and value propositions.
- Ensure strong technical positioning against competitors.

Sales Support & Deal Enablement

- Partner with Sales to drive pipeline growth and closure of deals.
- Contribute to account strategy, opportunity qualification, and deal shaping.
- Support commercial discussions with technical insights and solution justification.
- Articulate business value, ROI, and differentiation for IAM and DPDPA Compliance solutions.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration





- Provide guidance on integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and DPDPA Compliance workflows.
- Conduct detailed assessments and solution recommendations.
- Mentor junior Presales team members.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.

Key Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills

- Solid expertise in IAM concepts, architectures, and DPDPA Compliance.

Hands-on experience with PAM tools:

- CyberArk / BeyondTrust / Delinea (Thycotic)

Deep knowledge of:

- SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC
- Identity lifecycle management & governance
- Experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
- Strong exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP IAM.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, security frameworks, and compliance standards including ISO 27001, GDPR, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA).

Preferred Qualifications

- 2 to 7 years of experience in IAM, Cybersecurity, DPDPA/Data Privacy Compliance, Presales, or Solution Consulting.
- Experience in enterprise customer engagements and large deals.
- Certifications (good to have): CISSP, CISM, CEH, AWS/Azure certifications, or Data Privacy/Compliance certifications.
