Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from candidate sourcing to interview coordination and joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify candidates matching the required skills, experience, communication, and profile criteria.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interviews.
- Evaluate candidates on communication skills, confidence, attitude, stability, relevant experience, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records.
- Handle multiple requirements and recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Understand candidate concerns regarding salary, location, shifts, job profile, notice period, and career opportunities and communicate requirements clearly.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from the first interaction through joining.
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Develop strong candidate relationships and build a reliable talent network.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and hiring practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduation is mandatory.




- Freshers with a strong interest in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition are welcome.
- HR interns and candidates with internship experience can also apply.
- Experienced recruiters with prior BPO, IT, Non-IT, Sales, Customer Support, or bulk hiring experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently interact with candidates.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Comfortable working with recruitment portals, social media, databases, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Target-oriented, energetic, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners and candidates looking to build a career in recruitment are preferred.
