Job Summary

The Pod Lead will support the Team Lead by overseeing a small group tasked with creating and maintaining accurate map data. This role involves daily supervision, quality control, and task allocation within their pod.

Role & responsibilities :

- Manage and support a team of associates.
- Allocate work and monitor daily productivity.
- Ensure quality and SLA targets are met.
- Resolve operational queries.
- Supervise and guide a pod of associates to ensure project goals are met.
- Distribute tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are achieved while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist the Team Lead in managing daily operations and workflow optimization within the pod.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, proposing and implementing practical solutions.
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration within the pod to achieve common goals.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational tools.
