Job Overview:
As a Supply Chain Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring end-to-end supply chain efficiency, from procurement and inventory to distribution and reconciliation. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement, inventory accuracy, and seamless supply to our outlets. This role demands solid coordination, analytical capability, and on-ground execution skills to support our high standards in quality and service.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Procurement & Vendor Management
Coordinate with approved vendors for timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, and store consumables.
Negotiate and review vendor contracts and delivery timelines in alignment with budgeted costs.
Monitor vendor performance and flag inconsistencies in supply quality or timelines.
Inventory Control & Stock Movement
Ensure regular physical stock counts across all stores and central kitchens; reconcile against ERP/POS systems.
Monitor expiry dates, wastage, and near-expiry stock to implement timely movement and clearance.
Ensure First In, First Out (FIFO) and batch tracking compliance across all warehouse and store locations.
Warehouse & Dispatch Oversight
Supervise dispatch processes to outlets across locations including packaging, vehicle coordination, and documentation.
Track inward and outward stock movements from central kitchens and warehouses.
Coordinate cold chain integrity for perishables throughout logistics.
System & Data Management
Maintain accurate entries of goods received, purchase orders, GRNs, and wastage in ERP/POS platforms.
Ensure daily and weekly updates on inventory reports, indent fulfillment, and stock health.
Billing & Reconciliation
Validate and process supplier bills, working with accounts for timely clearance.
Oversee invoice documentation, filing, and ensure bill entries are updated in the system for payment scheduling.
Support monthly reconciliation of physical and system stock, along with variance reporting.
Inter-Department Coordination
Liaise closely with outlet managers, kitchen production teams, finance, and QA to ensure availability and compliance of supplies.
Resolve supply chain bottlenecks or ad-hoc issues with minimal disruption to store operations.
Process Improvement
Recommend improvements to supply chain practices including vendor selection, cost optimization, delivery routing, and documentation systems.
Support SOP implementation for procurement, storage, and dispatch protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
3-6 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the F&B;, Bakery, or QSR industry.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and POS-based inventory modules.
Strong negotiation, vendor handling, and data reporting skills.
Understanding of cold chain logistics, perishables management, and food safety compliance is preferred.
Proficient in Excel, documentation, and billing software.
