Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Documentation Executive to manage export documentation and coordinate with logistics, customs, freight forwarders, banks, and overseas customers while ensuring compliance with export regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/AWB, Certificate of Origin, Insurance, LC and export documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines and courier partners.
- Ensure customs clearance and timely shipment dispatch.
- Track shipments and update customers.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, GST and Incoterms.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, finance and logistics teams.
- Handle export banking documentation and LC.
- Maintain export records, MIS and resolve documentation discrepancies.
