Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth through B2B sales, enterprise sales, IT sales, and BDM.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and expand customer base in the banking industry.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals that meet client needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-16 years of experience in business development management or similar role in the banking industry.
- Proven track record of success in b2b sales, enterprise sales, IT sales, or BDM.
- Strong understanding of the banking sector's unique challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships at all levels.
