Job Title: Junior Relationship Manager

Education: Bachelors degree required (Graduation)

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Checking and Handling

Key Responsibilities

Gold Appraisal & Valuation: Ensure 100% right valuation capturing correct cartage, proper

stone deduction, and avoiding spurious/unacceptable ornaments.

KYC & Compliance: Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all Rupeek processes

and policies. Verify customer KYC and complete online registration.

Loan Coordination: Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholders for loan approval.

Customer Acquisition & Retention: Bring in new customers and maintain good relationships

with existing customers to generate renewal and referral business.

Customer Support: Resolve all customer doubts and questions while processing the loan.

Business Development: Participate in activities to improve brand visibility of Rupeek Gold

Loan in catchment areas and generate leads for prospective customers.





Branch Operations Learning: Demonstrate potential to learn and support branch handling

under the guidance of senior team members.

Essential Skills

Strong Gold Appraisal skills: Hands-on experience with valuation, checking, and handling

1-2 years of relevant experience in gold loan or BFSI

Sales-oriented with a willingness to learn branch operations

Excellent communication skills in the local language; elementary English

2-wheeler and valid Driving License mandatory

Ideal Persona

Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Checking, and Handling

Up to 30 years of age

Sales-driven mindset with a solid desire to grow within branch operations

Candidates from Gold Loan / BFSI background preferred
