About IG Defence
IG Defence is India's full-stack sovereign autonomous defence platform, building indigenous loitering munitions, FPV systems, ISR drones, VTOL platforms, autonomous ground systems, and mission software including KAL, India's flagship long-range one-way attack drone. Role Overview
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring visual clarity and brand discipline to a company operating at the intersection of deep-tech and national defence. You'll shape how IG Defence looks and feels across product launches, investor materials, exhibitions, and digital platforms translating complex engineering into visuals that are sharp, credible, and unmistakably ours.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Guidelines Own Own and evolve IG Defence's visual identity system (logo usage, typography, colour palette, iconography) and ensure consistent application across every touchpoint.
Product & Campaign Visuals Design launch creatives, product sheets, and campaign assets for platforms like KAL working closely with PR and marketing lead.
Marketing Collateral Produce press kits, brochures, exhibition booth graphics, and print/digital materials for prestigious National and International events
Social & Digital Design Create scroll-stopping assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, including hiring posts,



announcement graphics, and campaign creatives aligned to house style.
Presentation & Deck Design Design visual assets, templates, and slide layouts for decks, technical briefs, and pitch materials used across the company.
Website & Digital Assets Contribute visuals and design direction for igdefence.com and other digital properties.
Cross-functional Collaboration Work with Marketing, external PR/creative agencies, Product, and Leadership to translate technical and strategic narratives into visual form.

What We're Looking For
1-3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, campaign design, and layout/typography skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CoralDraw) and Figma.
A sharp eye for detail, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines without compromising quality.
Comfort working with technical/engineering subject matter and translating it for a broader audience.

Nice to Have
Basic motion graphics / video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Exposure to 3D rendering or product visualization tools.
Prior experience in defence, aerospace, deep-tech, or a similarly technical industry.
An interest in or curiosity about defence technology and India's indigenous manufacturing story.
