Job Purpose:

- Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a diverse set of commercial agreements and documentation for the Company including equipment purchase, raw material purchase, land purchase, renewable PPAs, service agreements, NDAs, termsheets etc. ( Contracts ).

- Handle due diligence and other aspects relating to MA projects for the Company.

- Handle legal research and advisory on various business projects, laws, regulations and policies and their impact on the Company.

- Partnering with business stakeholders in a fastpaced workplace to handle all contracts and queries resulting from operations.

Supporting Actions

Drafting

Drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts including those related with manufacturing, supply, procurement, raw materials, equipment purchase, land acquisition,



fuel and shipping ( Contracts ).

Negotiation

Negotiating and closing all Contracts with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.

Advisory

Researching law and advising business on various legal issues ranging from force majeure to Indian Contracts Act, to land acquisition (benami, state laws, ceiling, PMLA etc) to mining and general corporate etc.
