Role Description

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Associate (GSA) at Dlifrance India, located in New Delhi.
- The GSA will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth caf operations, and maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and teamwork, ensuring every guest enjoys a truly delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist guests warmly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and process orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash or card transactions responsibly.
- Prepare and serve beverages and bakery products as per brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Support the team in day-to-day operations and inventory management.
- Handle guest queries and complaints courteously and promptly.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications





- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality or food service industry.
- Prior experience as a Guest Service Associate / Caf Staff / Front-of-House team member preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee machines and beverage preparation is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
