Ideal Candidate for this position * :

- Own the end-to-end design process research, wireframes, prototyping, and delivery of products
- Collaborate closely with management, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to build intuitive, delightful digital experiences
- Design clean, consistent, efficient and accessible UI across web and mobile platforms
- Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Build and maintain design systems / component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency
- Update with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices; advocate for user-centered design across the org
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B test results
- Quickly adapt to recent tools,



technologies, and business processes
- Balance user needs with business logic, data constraints, and technical feasibility when making design decisions
- Mentor and guide junior designers
- Self Ownership

Skills Required* :

- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and delivered products
- Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design principles, and information architecture
- Experience conducting and synthesizing user research and usability testing
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to reason through business logic and data
- Strong understanding of user behaviour and needs
- Good communication skills
