Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Associate (GSA) at Dlifrance India, located in New Delhi.
The GSA will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth caf operations, and maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and teamwork, ensuring every guest enjoys a truly delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist guests warmly, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take and process orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Operate the POS system and handle cash or card transactions responsibly
- Prepare and serve beverages and bakery products as per brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols
- Support the team in day-to-day operations and inventory management




- Handle guest queries and complaints courteously and promptly
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality or food service industry
- Prior experience as a Guest Service Associate / Caf Staff / Front-of-House team member preferred
- Knowledge of coffee machines and beverage preparation is an advantage
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
