Job Title : Deputy Manager Production Experience 3 -6 years Education- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical, 3-6 Yrs exp Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Key Responsibilities Accountabilities Preparation and Finalisation of Monthly FG Schedule. ( M1, M2, M3 ) Raw Material and Components schedule / requirement finalisation for the month. ( M1, M2, M3 ) Follow up with all concern and ensure Adherence and compliance for Finalised Breaker and Accessories Schedule. Regular interaction with shop, SMD, DSSG and concerned depts Ensure Raw Material Component availability for assembly line as per Plan , Ensure Stock Norms of RM Components. Control on Inventory and WIP as per Target / Budget, reduction in non Moving / Slow Moving Inventory Tracking and ensure completion on time of Urgent, White Label and Specific order. Communicate to Customer about commitment and related activities. Prepare Weekly plan for FG SKUs, Inhouse components and co-ordinate to ensure material availability accordingly.
