Job Title: Service Delivery Lead Infrastructure (CSP/GSD)
Description:
- Robust experience in Infrastructure service delivery across CSP & GSD environments
- Act as the primary SPOC for EU region service delivery and client engagement
- Manage end-to-end delivery operations, incident/problem/change management, and SLA adherence
- Coordinate with global teams and ensure seamless delivery across shifts
Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure service delivery
• Hands-on knowledge of ITIL processes and global delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills
