About the Role

We are looking for a methodical, disciplined and solution-oriented Accounts professional who takes ownership of their work and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-business environment.

The ideal candidate should not only understand accounting concepts but also have the ability to follow up, coordinate with people, identify pending work and see tasks through to completion.

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of fundamentals of accounting

Good working knowledge of GST concepts and GST filing

Hands-on experience with Tally

Comfortable adapting to and working across multiple ERP/accounting software systems

Highly methodical, organised and disciplined in maintaining records and completing tasks

Robust follow-up skills and the ability to get information, documents and work completed from different stakeholders





A solution-oriented approach — someone who looks for ways to resolve issues rather than simply highlighting them

Ability to take ownership and responsibility for assigned work

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage accounting work across multiple businesses/entities

Experience with finalisation of accounts will be an added advantage

Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, consultants and other stakeholders

Bengali or Bhojpuri proficiency would be an added advantage
