Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- M.Tech / Construction Management / Project Management (Preferred)
- Certifications in Safety, Contracts Management, Primavera, QA/QC or Value Engineering will be an added advantage

About the Opportunity

Our clients are among the leading Real Estate Developers in Pune, executing premium high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, and township developments. We are looking for dynamic Civil Engineering professionals with solid project execution expertise and hands-on site leadership capabilities.

Candidates with proven experience in Mivan / Aluform Construction Systems, high-rise RCC structures, and end-to-end project execution will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management

- Lead and execute high-rise residential and commercial projects from foundation to handover.
- Ensure timely completion of construction activities as per approved project schedules.
- Monitor structural, finishing, MEP, faade, waterproofing, and external development works.
- Review and implement construction methodologies for optimum productivity and quality.

Technical Coordination

- Study and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and GFC drawings.
- Coordinate with architects,



consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project execution.

Planning & Progress Monitoring

- Prepare and monitor execution schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Track project milestones, productivity, and resource deployment.
- Prepare DPRs, MIS reports, progress dashboards, and management presentations.
- Identify delays and implement recovery plans.

Cost Control & Value Engineering

- Monitor material consumption and project budgets.
- Implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality.
- Identify value engineering opportunities across structure, finishes, and services.
- Minimize wastage, rework, and non-productive activities.

Contractor & Vendor Management

- Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Monitor contractor productivity, quality, and safety performance.
- Verify bills, work certifications, and project measurements.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and project timelines.

Quality & Safety Compliance

- Enforce QA/QC standards and project quality benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals from relevant authorities.
- Maintain project documentation, site records, and compliance registers.

- Driving delivery excellence, profitability, quality, and stakeholder management.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in High-Rise Residential and Commercial Projects

Hands-on exposure to Mivan / Aluform Construction

Ability to independently manage site operations

Strong technical and execution capabilities

Excellent contractor management and leadership skills

Strong focus on quality, safety, timelines, and cost control

Completed at least one or more full project cycles from excavation to possession / handover
