We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect Retail Store Design to join our Projects/Store Development team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing retail store projects, preparing architectural and construction drawings, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors, and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining brand standards and quality.

Role & responsibilities

- Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings.
- Design retail stores, kiosks, and renovation projects as per brand guidelines.
- Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility assessments.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Review BOQs, material specifications, and project estimates.
- Monitor site execution to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants for service integration.




- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and fire safety norms.
- Resolve site-related design issues and provide technical support.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and as-built records.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) is mandatory.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail, commercial, or interior architecture.
- Experience in retail fit-outs, jewellery, or fashion retail projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, material specifications, and project execution.
- Robust space planning, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites whenever required.
