- Manufacture new moulds as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Assemble, fit, and test mould components to ensure proper functionality.
- Repair, modify, and maintain existing moulds to minimize production downtime.
- Operate conventional tool room machines such as milling, lathe, surface grinder, drilling, and EDM machines.
- Perform precision fitting, polishing, grinding, and bench work.
- Measure and inspect components using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators.
- Troubleshoot mould-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with design, production, and quality teams during mould trials and validation.
- Maintain proper documentation of mould maintenance, repairs, and modifications.




- Follow safety procedures, housekeeping standards (5S), and company policies.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in positive working condition.

- Diploma in Tool Die Making, Machinist, Fitter, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Certification in Tool Making is an added advantage.
