Job Description:

We are hiring freshers for the role of US IT Recruiter. This position is ideal for MBA or Graduate candidates with solid communication skills who are eager to build a career in US IT staffing and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand US client requirements for IT positions.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and US clients.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates on interview status and offer processes.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.




- Good aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in US shifts (Night Shift)

Education Qualification:

- MBA or Any Graduate
