Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at the site, including core RCC works, infrastructure, industrial, and residential structures.
- Read, interpret, and work from architectural, structural, and civil engineering drawings.
- Monitor material requirements, verify quality of materials received, and ensure proper storage and usage at site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality/safety standards.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site registers, measurement records, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and labour teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of work.
- Conduct routine site inspections and quality checks; identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Assist in quantity take-offs, bill of quantities (BOQ), and measurement for contractor/vendor bills.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory compliance at the project site.




- Coordinate with the planning/project team to track schedule adherence and report delays or deviations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 23 years of relevant site experience in core construction, infrastructure, industrial, or residential projects.
- Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and civil engineering practices.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills for liaising with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Willingness to work on-site at Neral and be present in the field for extended hours as required.
