Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition (International Employers)

- Identify and approach:
- Companies in Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman)
- European employers

- Generate leads via:

- LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling

- Close recruitment contracts

2. Business Development & Revenue Growth

- Achieve hiring targets and revenue goals
- Upsell additional services (bulk hiring, training, documentation)

3. Employer Relationship Management

- Maintain long-term relationships with foreign clients
- Understand client manpower requirements
- Ensure repeat business and contracts

4. Market Research & Expansion





- Identify demand trends in:
- Countries (e.g., GCC demand for construction workers)
- Job roles (All Types of Positions)

- Explore new countries and industries

5. Coordination with Recruitment Team

- Work closely with:
- Recruiters
- Sourcing teams
- Documentation & visa processing teams

- Ensure timely delivery of candidates

Communication Skills

- Excellent English communication
- Email drafting & qualified proposals
- Cross-cultural communication skills

Relationship & Networking Skills

- Ability to build global connections
- Client retention & trust-building
- Networking via platforms like LinkedIn
- Willing to Travel Abroad
