Greetings from RAD Resources. The upcoming 4 Star Hotel is looking for the Hotel Manager (Positions: 6) who is responsible to develop and implement hotel strategies to achieve business objectives.

Salary: 50,000/- to 70000/- month

Location: Hyderabad ,Bangalore , Goa

Timings: Shift Timings

Responsibilities:

- Revenue Management: Optimize hotel revenue through effective pricing, inventory management, and yield management.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, handle guest complaints, and implement service recovery procedures.
- Staff Management: Lead, motivate, and develop hotel staff, including department heads, supervisors, and front-line employees.
- Operational Management: Oversee hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage hotel budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with hotel quality standards, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Leadership:



Robust leadership and management skills to motivate and guide hotel staff.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, make informed decisions, and drive business results.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel management software, including property management systems (PMS), revenue management systems (RMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) systems..
