Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with expertise in LangGraph, LangChain, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that automate healthcare workflows, including insurance verification, medical billing, document processing, and intelligent conversational systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Generative AI applications while collaborating with product, engineering, and healthcare domain experts.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LangGraph and LangChain.
- Build and optimize LLM-based workflows, AI agents, and multi-agent systems.
- Develop and integrate NLP solutions for healthcare automation and intelligent document processing.
- Build scalable APIs and AI services for production environments.




- Optimize prompts, retrieval pipelines (RAG), and model performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI products.
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and continuously improve AI model performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of software development experience with strong AI/ML exposure.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience working with AI frameworks, APIs, and vector databases.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agent orchestration.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to healthcare, medical billing, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is an added advantage.
