We are looking for an experienced Family Office Manager to handle end-to-end financial operations, investments, taxation, compliance, reporting, and coordination with multiple stakeholders for a family office setup. The role requires solid exposure to Indian taxation, investment monitoring, and high standards of confidentiality and governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track performance across asset classes such as equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, fixed income, bonds, real estate, and alternatives

- Reconcile broker statements, CAS, bank accounts, and custodian reports

- Manage income tax filings for individuals, HUFs, trusts, and group entities

- Ensure timely payment of advance tax, self-assessment tax, and statutory dues

- Handle TDS compliance including deductions, returns, and Form 16 / 16A

- Manage GST compliance where applicable

- Coordinate international taxation matters including DTAA, FEMA, foreign income, and overseas investments





- Manage banking operations, fund flows, cash flow planning, and payments

- Maintain financial records, investment registers, and audit-ready documentation

- Ensure strict confidentiality and support governance and compliance requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong exposure to taxation, investments, and financial reporting

- High level of discretion and attention to detail
