About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are looking to build their career in a professional with blended Process.

You will be responsible for supporting implementation activities, maintaining accurate information, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of assigned processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day implementation activities and process-related tasks.
- Review and verify information/documents for accuracy.
- Update and maintain records in internal systems.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies and take appropriate corrective action.




- Maintain productivity and accuracy as per business requirements.
- Ensure excellent attention to detail while handling process-related activities.

Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of experience in BPO, KPO, Operations, Back Office, Implementation, or similar roles.
- Candidates from Non-Insurance backgrounds are also eligible.
- Freshers with positive communication and computer skills can be considered.
- Good written communication skills.
- Comfortable working on computer-based applications.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
