Key Responsibilities

- Branch Operations Customer Service Management: Oversee day-to-day branch operational processes, cash management, clearing operations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Address and resolve escalations from high-net-worth (HNI) and retail clients, ensuring top-tier service standards and rapid query resolution.
- Manage account opening verification, service requests, locker operations, and electronic fund transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS).
- Cross-Selling Business Growth: Drive portfolio penetration by identifying cross-sell opportunities within the existing branch customer base.
- Promote retail financial products, including Savings Current Accounts (CASA), Fixed Deposits, Loans, Credit Cards, Mutual Funds, and Insurance.
- Support Branch Managers and team members in achieving monthly and quarterly operational and business targets.
- Compliance, Risk Audit Adherence: Maintain full compliance with KYC, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and RBI regulatory mandates.
- Ensure the branch stays fully compliant during internal,



concurrent, and regulatory audits with zero high-risk observations.
- Perform regular verification of customer documentation, signature updates, and mandatory record archiving.
- Team Leadership Administrative Coordination: Guide, coach, and supervise frontline desk staff and customer service executives.
- Monitor daily operation metrics, turn-around times (TAT), and service error logs to drive operational efficiencies.
