Job Summary

As a Senior Product Manager, you will serve as a bridge across products and clients while working closely with the Architect Development Team, key customer stakeholders, subject matter experts, Product Managers, and operational sales and support teams. You will share responsibility for managing the current Business unit and formally launching new enhanced product functionality and new strategic product lines.

Responsibilities

- Your primary focus will be working with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), Business Analysts, and Product Managers, driving operational improvements for our customers and streamlining the standard product implementation workflow.
- Strong communication skills to proactively solve problems and communication issues with the development, engineering, and implementation team.
- Drive our product through their end-to-end lifecycle from reviewing and approving requirements and scope, and work collaboratively to execution and delivery.
- Review and approve technical requirement communication and define precise data set requirements for external and internal stakeholders.
- Helped define the product strategy and product roadmap, as well as deep understanding of healthcare customer service representatives pain points and market trends.
- Maintain and track product line metrics.
- Build relationships and collaborate cross-functionality across the LOB (line of business) to develop compelling value propositions and messaging to retain and grow the client base.
- Know customer needs through research and market data.
- Product Backlog definition, along with Minimum Viable Product features,



are needed for new capabilities and draw on an agile mindset: implement the minimal scope that could possibly stand on its own without negatively impacting existing functionality, and rapidly iterate and evolve it based on user and market feedback.
- Develops project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time and meet client expectations.
- Pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals.

Requirements

- Associate s Degree required, Bachelor s Degree in related field preferred.
- 6+ years of related work experience in Product Management.
- 5+ years of related work experience in Healthcare; Health Plan experience is a strong plus.
- 1+ year related work experience supervising and guiding supporting other team members.
- Data-driven storytelling ability with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with clients regularly.
- Ability to lead translating customer needs into Product backlog definition including capabilities and features using what needs to be achieved with business outcomes and hypothesis considering.
- Organizational skills with customer empathy and the ability to work with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Detail oriented.
- Previous demonstrations or webinar experience, a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical-focused environment.
