Job Description: GenAI Technical Project Manager (AI Innovation Pods)

Experience: 8-15 years overall experience, with at least 3 years working with or leading AI/ML, Data Science, or Generative AI initiatives, and at least 3 years as TPM

Role Summary:Looking for a proficient GenAI Technical Project Manager to lead and scale AI Innovation Pods focused on Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will combine solid program/project management skills with good understanding of GenAI technologies, AI product development, and transformation initiatives.This role will be responsible for driving AI innovation from ideation through production deployment. The candidate should possess sufficient technical depth to challenge assumptions, guide architecture discussions, assess technical tradeoffs, and help shape the AI roadmap.





Key Responsibilities:AI Innovation LeadershipLead multiple AI Innovation Pods focused on building enterprise GenAI solutions.Drive AI use cases from discovery, experimentation, PoC, MVP, and production rollout.Identify opportunities to leverage LLMs, AI agents, RAG architectures, AI copilots, and automation solutions.Own innovation pipelines, prioritization frameworks, and AI portfolio governance.AI Solution Governance - Implement AI governance processes for model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Required Technical Skills> Good understanding of Generative AI models> Good experience with AI Engineering Tech Stack> Understanding of Software Development, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines> Conceptual knowledge of Cloud & AI Platforms
