- Shape internal and external communications for MND
- Write content for clients, candidates, and the MND team
- Maintain a consistent voice across the website, blog, and socials
- Partner with leadership on announcements and messaging
- Support employer-branding and recruiting content

Requirements

- 3+ years in communications, content, or brand marketing
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Comfortable turning technical ideas into clear copy
- Experience with content calendars and multi-channel publishing
- Positive communication and ownership mindset
