Role & responsibilities

About the Role:- This is a full-time role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. She/he will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, conducting interviews, and hiring for Non - Tech functions.

Infuse the entire recruitment process with energy that rivals a rock concert, while maintaining professionalism

- Partner with business leaders from all the departments to deeply understand their talent needs
- Skillfully manage candidate pipelines, ensuring each candidates journey is enchanting and seamless
- Find out innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates from within the marketplace in a cost-effective manner
- Collaborate with department leads to understand their needs, all while throwing in a sprinkle of your recruitment magic to redefine those needs
- Build and manage relations with all stakeholders to provide proactive and exceptional solutions to the problems while ensuring a positive image and awareness on the hiring




- Perform direct sourcing of talent through relevant pipelines and establish new pipelines from passive candidates to meet demand for talent
- Use data- based evidence to address the hiring manager expectations about talent markets and recruiting processes
- Own the whole end to end recruitment process

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and employer branding
- Ability to attract and retain top talent Experience in the logistics / consulting industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Google sheets / Excel and to maintain database
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a rapid paced environment and take end to end ownership
- A keen sense of leveraging data to make decisions on hiring An expertise in managing a high volume of tasks and personalities with finesse
