Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across various industries. The candidate must possess robust sourcing skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a proven track record of closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions.
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hires.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate periodic hiring reports.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with current recruitment trends and market intelligence.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment MIS reporting.
