Job Profile :

Manage end-to-end operations of 1215 stores within the assigned circle.

Drive performance across four key pillars: People, Business, Process, and Compliance.

Analyze business data, identify performance gaps, and implement improvement opportunities.

Review manpower requirements across stores and coordinate with HR to ensure timely closures of vacancies.

Conduct mid-term reviews,



performance discussions, and appraisal processes for the assigned circle.

Ensure strict adherence to all operational processes related to people, product, cash, inventory, and assets.

Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit standards across stores and the regional office.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Maintenance, Commercial, and Supply Chain.

Lead, coach, and develop store leadership teams to achieve business and customer service goals.
