Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain skilled with 4-8 years of experience in the plastics manufacturing industry to manage procurement, production planning, inventory control, vendor management, and logistics operations. The role will ensure timely availability of raw materials, optimized inventory levels, and effective coordination between suppliers, production, and customers to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plant Supply Chain

- Procure plastic raw materials including PP, PE, ABS, Nylon, PC, PBT, Masterbatches, Additives, and Packaging Materials.
- Monitor supplier delivery performance and lead time adherence.

Production Planning & Inventory Control

- Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily material requirement plans.
- Coordinate closely with production team for production planning.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Monitor inventory ageing and initiate corrective actions.

Logistics & Warehouse Management

- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and dispatch activities.
- Track customer deliveries and ensure adherence to committed schedules.

ERP & MIS Management

- Generate and analyze procurement, inventory, and supply chain reports.




- Maintain accurate transactions in ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
- Monitor key supply chain metrics and prepare management dashboards.

Cost Optimization

- Identify opportunities for supply chain efficiency improvement.
- Drive initiatives to reduce inventory carrying costs and logistics expenses.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Plastics, Industrial, Production) or Graduate in any discipline.
