Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Production Executive to own the visual storytelling for Cumin Co. You'll be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality photo and video content for social media, campaigns, website, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Photography

- Capture high-quality product, lifestyle, and campaign photographs.
- Plan and execute studio and on-location shoots.
- Ensure consistent lighting, composition, and brand aesthetics.

Videography

- Shoot engaging reels, product videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Capture content for launches, campaigns, and events.
- Experiment with creative angles and storytelling formats.

Content Production

- Plan and execute content shoots in line with the marketing calendar.
- Coordinate with the brand and marketing team on concepts and shot lists.
- Ensure timely delivery of all content requirements.

Editing & Post Production





- Edit photos and videos for social media, website, and advertisements.
- Perform colour correction, retouching, sound editing, and motion graphics where required.
- Optimize content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Equipment & Studio Management

- Maintain cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and production gear.
- Organize digital assets and maintain an updated content library.

Collaboration

- Work closely with the Brand, Marketing, and Creative teams.
- Support product launches, campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand shoots.

Candidate Profile

- 4+ years of experience in photography, videography, or content production.
- Solid portfolio showcasing product and lifestyle photography/video.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and storytelling.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in D2C, consumer brands, lifestyle, home, or kitchenware is preferred.
