We are looking for a female Service coordinator for Ambattur location and find the JD below

- Receive, log, and assign customer service requests to field service engineers.
- Coordinate service schedules and monitor engineer availability.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status and collect feedback after service completion.
- Prepare service quotations, work orders, and service reports.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, AMC contracts, warranty details, and customer information.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical support teams for installation and after-sales activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of all service activities in the CRM/ERP system.

Preferred Skills:

- Solid communication and customer handling skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience working with CRM/ERP software is an added advantage

Location- SIDCO industrial estate, Ambattur, Chennai.

Salary- 18K to 20K( depend on interview performance)
