Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT solutions using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and Informatica.
- Build and manage data pipelines across Azure services including ADLS, ADF, Synapse, and Databricks.
- Develop data transformation solutions using Python and PySpark.
- Create and maintain data marts and reporting layers supporting business intelligence requirements.
- Design and optimize complex SQL and T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot data integration, performance, and data quality issues.
- Perform database performance tuning, capacity planning, backup, archiving, and data lifecycle management.
- Support large-scale data ingestion from multiple source systems.
- Implement database security controls, user access management, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in ETL development using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or Databricks.




- Hands-on experience with Power BI development.
- Strong knowledge of Informatica.
- Experience developing ETL processes using Python and PySpark.
- Strong SQL and T-SQL programming skills.
- Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with large data marts and enterprise databases.
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience supporting large-scale data warehouse and reporting environments.

Preferred Skills

- Financial Services or Banking domain experience.
- Azure Data Engineering certifications.
- Experience with cloud-based analytics and reporting platforms.
- Data governance and security experience.
- Exposure to advanced analytics and data modelling.
