Manager / Senior Manager US Medical Billing Process

Job Location - Noida

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end US Medical Billing operations, ensuring compliance with client SLAs and quality standards.
- Oversee key billing functions including Charge Entry, Payment Posting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Denials Management and Collections.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring productivity, quality, turnaround time (TAT) and revenue cycle KPIs.
- Manage, mentor and develop Team Leaders and Operations Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze operational and financial metrics, identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely resolution of client escalations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular governance meetings, prepare MIS reports and present performance insights to clients and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Quality, Training, Workforce Management and HR teams to improve employee performance and engagement.
- Ensure compliance, client-specific guidelines and organizational policies.
- Manage staffing, capacity planning,



attrition and succession planning to ensure operational stability.
- Support business transitions, process migrations and new client implementations.
- Monitor revenue cycle performance, identify denial trends, and implement corrective actions to maximize collections.
- Build strong client relationships and proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement and business growth.

Qualifications/Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
- Min 3 years of experience in US Healthcare/Medical Billing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Robust knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), AR, Denials, Payment Postin and Medical Billing workflows.
- Experience managing large teams in a BPO/KPO/shared services environment.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and operational reporting tools is an added advantage.
