Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage site manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Verify measurements and prepare work progress reports.
- Attend client and consultant meetings whenever required.
- Ensure timely completion of snag rectification before project handover.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of interior fit-out execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and installation methods.
- Excellent site coordination and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 16 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (Corporate Offices, Commercial Spaces, Retail, Hospitality, etc.).
- Experience in handling multiple contractors and site activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and basic AutoCAD is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in turnkey interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of false ceiling, flooring, partitions, joinery, painting, glass, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing coordination.
- Ability to work under tight project timelines.
